You will also find a cute little cafe, library, clubhouse, and dance room insidethe development. I do not see many people in the dance hall much but there ismusic playing there on the weekends. All in all I’m very happy with the place,and won’t be moving anytime soon!

Believe it or not Sobha Dream Acres has itsown rainforest reserve just a short walk away from the development’sbuildings! Ended up choosing a 936 sq. ft. 1BHK apartment here at the Dream Acres.The first great thing is that my place came almost fully furnished, and that toowith wide windows that let in lots of fresh sunlight so I didn’t have dark corners.The furniture is mostly wood or faux-wood and suits the rest of the apartment.
