My budget was spot on and I could find the good project for my needs. Developer is a reputed one and that's an advantage. Personally speaking, I am more into buying here since the airport is not that far.
I am excited about 45,000 sq. ft. clubhouse that they are promising here. Also the green area that is there in the layout. Location wise, KIADB Tech Park is nearby and it's a good thing from future perspective. The metro station is about 3 km away too.
Approach road is narrow. I have heard it is going to be widened. But still some time before it happens. Once done, it will be easier to go to Hebbal and Bellary Road. Otherwise, project pricing and value proposition are fine.
I like the fact that Birla is developing it. It gives a layer of trust that not all developers can give. It's India's leading company so they can assure of quality. Also, I have heard my office is shifting to Devanahalli near airport so having home here will benefit me.
Budget-wise I found it good, because Devanahalli is such an emerging location. This project is only about 7 km from airport. Something that will suit me since I travel quite often on work. Also, it's part of this big township with multiple developers so going to be happening area soon
