See, upcoming road improvements and metro work may make this area more attractive in future with higher value. That's why I invested. So many schools and hospitals near the site and the drive is overall smooth also. Also, one thing is that it is big developer so hope for hassle-free experience till completion.

I am really excited about flat getting completed in near future and moving into the project. Developer is trusted name so that made me invest and most importantly, can take Ghodbunder and Agra Road easily. Project-wise, it's a fair priced one with a nice design and good amenities that Dosti is offering. But I am still a little worried about the area developing fast enough by the time the project is completed. Yes, there are roads nearby but railway station I feel is slightly far.

Was looking at an investment opportunity in Thane and this seems like a good location. Balkum is coming up and lots of infra being developed in the area. The Ghodbunder Road is about 15-20 minutes away as I found and it helps, since you can get the better connectivity.

Very happy so far with experience while booking. Dosti Group is well-known in MMR region and project plan seems attractive enough. For me, I anyway live near Agra Road and the connection to it was a natural incentive for not moving far away from my original home. Now let's see how soon they complete.
