Sea view and exclusivity are great, but small land plot and single tower limits green space.

I appreciated the sky-gazing deck, infinity pool, and high-end finishes and architecture.

I think Oceana is perfect for high-end customers who would love sea-view exclusivity. Infinity pool, gym, cricket/pool, are top-notch. The Prabhadevi location is perfect.
