With power backup, security and a 24x7 water supply living at Sheth Fiona is a comfortable affair. The complex also has a kid's play area and I find it to be a thoughtful inclusion in the planning of the estate. It would be nice to have a gym inside the complex. But at this price with various facilities, it's worth it.
