Ajnara Daffodil in Sector 137 on the Noida Expressway is a ready-to-move society with 2 and 3 BHK apartments. Its main plus points are the excellent location right next to the expressway and metro, decent green and open spaces, and a full range of amenities like clubhouse, pool, gym and kids’ play areas. The community is already occupied so you get a settled neighbourhood feel and prices are relatively attractive compared to newer launches. On the downside, maintenance services can be inconsistent and some common areas and the clubhouse are not as well kept as promised. Visitor parking is limited, some seepage and finishing issues have been reported over time and security could be tighter in less-used parts of the society. Overall it suits buyers who want a ready home with good connectivity and basic amenities at a reasonable price but who are ready to budget for higher maintenance and check the actual condition of flats and common areas before finalising.
Very good experience
Our weekend happens especially when we spent our free time in our sector's cafe. The location is perfect. We go anywhere easily in Noida. Also, markets, schools, and business hubs are very close to the sector. All over it is the best place to live in the city of Noida and also our best choice.
We live in an impeccable residential paradise. Our apartment is beautiful inside of the Acrylic Emulsion on bedrooms walls, Laminated Wooden floors, and a premium design bathroom. Construction quality is commendable. Ajnara Daffodil group always kept up to the expectation of the customers without compromising on quality and commitments.
We get an amazing range of luxurious facilities. As a sports lover, I am very much enjoying some amenities like Snooker, Table Tennis, Swimming Pool, Gymnasium, etc. Many valuable conveniences are PNG, High-Speed Elevators, Power Backup, an attached Market, and Medical facilities are impressive.
Connectivity is the big plus point of this project. I was glad to buy my flat near my office. We enjoy proximity to several premium residential societies. The sector has well-connection to all the major highways and the proposed metro station. I am rating the connectivity five out of five.
My wife and I are a newly married couple. I bought a 2BHK flat in Sector 137. It is a great connectivity project with a great location in Noida. We are very happy to settle down here. We are very happy with our lifestyle in this apartment.
