If you think about it, location-wise, it's slightly far from airport. But if you don't fly all that frequently, you will like it. Highway and Kalewadi Main Road is there in area and also Pulse and Lifecare Hospitals. Those working in Wipro will find it a good project option too.

My child studies in Akshara International School and has just enrolled. So I found this to be convenient while looking for a home in Pune. Husband works in Tech Mahindra which is also accessible. So we will be sorted once we move into the society.

Chinchwad Junction is not very far but still accessible. That's where I go for work. Also, project offers good investment opportunity I felt. Lot of open space and greenery inside they are building. Pricing point is fair I think.

I am a proud Tathawade resident for many years. So when finally wanted to buy flat, wanted it in same area. This developer is good enough and the project plan impressed me with forest trail and whatnot. Also location-wise, Mumbai-Bangalore Highway is nearby, which will give good value in future.

I am hoping for quicker progress. Some delays are seen in tower construction. Fingers crossed for timely possession.

The project has sgreat community! We enjoy yoga deck, gym, and serene garden walks after work.

Clubhouse is excellent for family parties. Minor problem: only visitor parking fills up quickly on weekends.

We chose this proiject for its pollution-free air and intelligent designs. Natural light in all rooms is great.

Rohan Harita is a gem for families who value open spaces and intelligent layouts. The PLUS concept and greenery-oriented design are genius.
