We were looking for a retirement home and came across Assotech Blith in Sector 99 at Gurgaon. We wanted to buy a tow bedroom apartment for ourselves and found one here. They provided us with good facilities. It is a privilege to deal with an organization that is responsive to the customer's needs and willing to make the process easy.

When I came to the environment of this project, it caught my heart. I love the large open areas and the greenery surrounding me. The Solar lighting and Solar heater process attracted me so well. I also love spending my free time in the garden. I get the calm and peaceful environment that I always want.

Sector 99 connects with Major roads, markets, metro stations, and hospitals. This project is connectivity-wise well settled. We are lucky to have such multi facilities hospitals near my house. And also we get medical facilities in our sector. This project is good for me.

This project gave us world-class amenities, like Medical Facilities, High-Speed Elevators, Solar Heaters, Attached Market inside the sector that makes this project unique to others. Also, the safety system and power backup systems are appreciable. The library, Luxurious Clubhouse, and Conference Rooms are admirable. We are satisfied with the amenities.

The project gave us good built quality, appreciable facilities, beautiful design & structure, and a very calm and peaceful environment which we want. We are confident that it was the right choice for us. We are glad to be part of this project.

As a tenant, everyone will look for a place where they can get all their basic needs like healthcare to education. Then the search will end here in Gopalpur, Gurgaon. If we ignore the water logging issue during monsoon season, everything is well maintained. Govt. should try to solve this one problem in this area. MG Road and Huda metro stations are very near to my complex. The roads are really broad enough to minimize the traffic issues. Read More

While you are buying any apartment in any place you will always look for uninterrupted power supply, hospitals, schools, and shopping places. Owing to my good luck I have got everything here in Gopalpur, Gurgaon and I am very happy about it. Aarvy Hospital and Paras hospitals cure all my health issues. Basant Valley school is near my apartment, for my kid does not have to travel a long distance. Irregular garbage clearance is a little concerning for me. Read More

Due to my shifting job I had to shift from that area else, I would never have been shifted from this area. For my kid, I had a good school like Aditya Public School. For health issues I have Aarvy Hospital. IT sector can easily be reached by metro or by public vehicle. The roads are well maintained, hence, there is no traffic issue. I work in the IT sector, so I don’t have a fixed time for my office to go or come back to my apartment. I have all the transport facilities to reach the MG road metro station which is nearby to my rented apartment. For my health, I have Shri Balaji’s Multispeciality hospital, nearby my house. Security in this area is a thumbs up for my family. My neighbors are very helpful too. I cannot think to stay anywhere except Gopalpur, Gurgaon. I love this place. From shopping malls to schools to healthcare, every facility is there for me and my family. I can utilize the Huda metro stations quite easily. Greenwood Public School is the best place for my daughter to grow up with proper education. I have an uninterrupted power supply at my apartment.
