I choose Concorde Antares since I believe the Star-Studded theme with more than sixty features is a major draw for prospective renters. Because Vidyaranyapura still evokes the vintage Bangalore with its calm allure, I find this area appealing. From the local terminal, my perspective is that easy access to the Bellary Road and the effective BMTC bus network provide the primary benefits. Concorde Group, as I see them, are good builders. Very close are Aveksha Hospital and Yelahanka New Town Shopping Mall; the closest metro is at Dasarahalli. The area has rich biodiversity all around and is secure. My unhappiness comes from the scarcity of water availability. Local borewell recharge networks should be set up immediately.
