From the local terminal, my perspective is that easy access to the Bellary Road and the effective BMTC bus network provide the primary benefits. Concorde Group, as I see them, are good builders. Very close are Aveksha Hospital and Yelahanka New Town Shopping Mall; the closest metro is at Dasarahalli. The area has rich biodiversity all around and is secure. My unhappiness comes from the scarcity of water availability. Local borewell recharge networks should be set up immediately.
