I have lived in the society for 18 months or so , it is been a mixed experience overall . The society is beautifully designed with modernities like gym , pool , clubhouse . The apartment are spacious and well ventilated , with ample natural light . We have easy access to delhi main roads and other parts of gurgaon . the sense of community is stromg with supportive nature and most impressive thing is security overall Well Maintained ClubSpacious PlaygroundAdvanced Gym FacilityAmple Parking SpaceGood Maintenance Services Negatives I think main issue is the high maintenance fees or cost and other than that all is fine and is manageable other thing is not a society issue but an area issue of traffic at main road/delhi gurgaon way all other than that is manageable. as all we know the traffic is just a nightmare .

I was glad to buy my flat near my office. So, I can reach my office easily through the Northern Peripheral Road. Sector 102 has good connectivity with major roads. It is close to many schools, business hubs, and shopping malls. The advantage is The Indira Gandhi International Airport is near this sector.

They provide many amenities to give us a luxurious, comfortable, and eco-friendly lifestyle. I am amazed by all their facilities of them. I am satisfied with the amenities like the gym, swimming pool, kids pool, badminton court, tennis court, squash court, etc. Also, the facilities like power back-up, treated water supply, security system, 24-hour water supply, and fire fighting system are appreciable.
