Happy with my booking experience so far. Great location just on the Mula River. It is so peaceful and serene. Can imagine sitting here on moonlit night once the project is complete and I move in.
This project is one that is not hard to pitch to people. They are liking the beautiful location and also the prospect of the locality seeing the metro line, near to Wakad Road, etc. Amenity-wise, everything is there and forest-style podium is also finding a lot of takers.
Wanted to invest somewhere near Wakad Road. This project site is only a kilometer or so as I found out. So worked for me and price point was comfortable also.
I was so happy when I drove to the project. The Wakad Road is so accessible and so is the Mumbai-Bangalore Highway. Metro line is coming up nearby and it will make the area more buzzing. So better lock in prices now by investing. Which is what I did.
Family-friendly is the word that came to my mind when I thought of this project. The developer is very reliable as I have friends working in that company who tell me about everything they are doing. The whole area is filled with hospitals like Jupiter, schools like MITCON and all, and so many shopping centers.
Spa and indoor games are look top notch. But large project crowding in pool could be an issue.
Sky gardens and courts add value. But delivery cost escalation is something to track.
I’m drawn to Balewadi’s location near High Street and NH‑48, and the smart layouts.
Rohan's PLUS home design and RERA compliance make me very confident about quality.
I appreciate the sky gardens on 14th floors. The 60+ amenities, like pool, co-working space, pull in families and young professionals.
