The proximity of M A Podar Hospital and Phoenix Palladium Mall is a big USP for the place. The future Metro Line 3 will undoubtedly offer enormous benefit. Still, I am slightly let down that some ancient interior highways need rapid maintenance. I believe the local drainage and water management should be better arranged.
