Shriram Group is one of the top builders in Bangalore and this one in South Bangalore comes with a good plan and layout. Big apartments, competitive rates, and most importantly, some great amenities. I will recommend since it is quite close to schools and SEZs.

On paper, looks like a good investment. Me and my wife both need access to Electronic City and it's still doable from here. Area is peaceful much like a village still and has that quiet vibe, though don't know how long it will stay. Looking forward to the speedy construction

I am happy about investing in this project. But I have some worries, since South Bangalore is still getting developed. Only hope that it becomes properly connected. Traffic congestion is also there on the road to Electronic City. Rest pricing and all are fine

I was looking for something relatively budget-friendly to invest in. Went for it on the brand name of the developer. They will at least deliver the basic quality as I know. Yes area is developing but I work in Sarjapur so it seems like a good place to be in the future years.
