MARKET ANALYSIS- GODREJ AQUA VS OTHERS 

  1. There are very few apartment projects near the Airport Road area. It is visible from the Outlook Inventory also, that plotted developments are dominant here.
  2. Thus, Goderj Aqua has very few comparable projects in its vicinity. Sammy’s Dreamland, where the project is located, is spread across an area of 300 acres. This whole area has only one apartment project apart from Goderj i.e. Purvankara Zenium.
