It is nearness to job centers was a clincher. The builder's past performance gave me confidence.
I specially selected Serenity because of its upscale sports and wellness facilities. Environment is calm and pollution-free.
Facilities such as sports courts, a pool, a clubhouse, and views of scenic Sahyadri add charm.
This project is commendable. But construction pace was slower during my recent visit.
