I have faith in Ajmera because their past initiatives demonstrate excellent construction. For me, the low-density vibe and extensive green areas define the project's USP. Near is RMZ Galleria Mall. Reachable are Columbia Asia and Aster CMI hospitals. In this area, a metro line is under development. The neighbourhood seems lush and secure. My letdown is that the street lighting and road surface outside have to be improved fast.

More high-street retail and entertainment alternatives near the project would make life easier, but the flyover delay in Yelahanka is a continuous daily commuter worry.
