The location and price of Candeur Signature are its USPs. The project location drew my attention and its numerous acquaintances. The home greatest asset, in my opinion, is its prime location. The builder also offered a very competitive pricing for the property, especially when compared to other properties in the area. It is among Bangalore greatest projects. It is carefully planned, close to the school and offices, and situated in Varthur. I received great assistance from the sales team in booking my ideal home here, and they clearly explained the concept. I completely answered all of the questions. I'm glad to see the region developing, and it a plus that this project is located on the main road. Considering the increase in the cost of the apartments in that area, it a pretty wise investment. I am happy with Candeur Signature since they have always answered my questions and granted visits when asked. I have no complaints as long as the handover is completed on time and I receive what I paid for.

Great design, with a separate entry path on a 70-foot roadway, lots of amenities (full-size basketball, a large pool, three clubhouses, and more), 70% open space, and lots of flora. The three-bedroom flats may have been larger, though, with greater use of available space. We have encountered exactly one problem thus far. Overall, a successful project by a trusted builder.

I made my first-ever reservation here, and the entire process?from viewing the property to making the purchase?was fantastic. They are also really helpful at every turn. This is one of Candeur best projects, and it is situated in a desirable area. The issue is the strong security and the fact that nobody?not even delivery personnel?is allowed inside! It is advisable that they investigate this. They don't even allow site visits.

Project with good financial value! The project used anchor switches, which is a nice choice. The bathroom fixtures were from the Essco brand, which is not very popular but looks good. The six-foot corridor appeared wider than it actually is in many spots. The lift could have been bigger because it can only fit seven people at a time. However, Signature is a better upgrade than the previous projects by Candeur. Highly recommended.
