Massive infra push by Government as seen in area. It has now transformed completely. Was awestruck at seeing the pace of construction once we went for site visit. Project location is a little far off from mainstream but still near the airport so that's like a huge plus.
Budget did it for me. I mean the location or Devanahalli area is itself booming now. So locking in the price now made perfect sense. I work not very far away from the place and the Bangalore airport connectivity is the biggest USP
Overall fine. I mean my husband is more into this than me. Metros are far away although upcoming connectivity projects are there. But still, there is easy airport access, something which may help us in future. Also, there are some colleges and all nearby so location could boom in future.
What's not to like? I mean, I was impressed with the scale of what they are offering. And the airport is so close. The Fantasy Golf Resort is a place I visit frequently. So put together it's a good place for peaceful living.
Would like to add one thing that influenced my decision. A family member of mine has previously bought with the developer in another project. His experience made me also determined to invest here. And also Devanahalli was a natural choice since I anyway rent nearby so buying is better choice for long-term stability.
Prices start premium; airport proximity commands cost. Also, needs more local conveniences.
The location on Bellary Road toward the airport still lacks nearby entertainment options.
