I’d very much recommend this development for people who want to relax after coming home from work. Prices are market standard but the apartments are very spacious, and more importantly the connectivity is great through the nearby Eastern Freeway. There’s even a cards room where you can enjoy poker with the other residents in peace and quiet.

I’m a girl living alone so I was looking for a development with great safety and Ajmera Aeon gives me that. There is a guard at the gate all the time and he comes out to escort me in if it’s late at night. CCTV is all around the apartment block and you even get an intercom facility so you can know who is there at the door.

Ajmera Aeon is perfect for parents with kids who have jobs. I’m a single dad living alone with my daughter and it’s just such a help to have a pre-school on the grounds. The neighbors are so nice too, a mom next door brings my daughter back from preschool and takes care of her until I’m back from work. 10/10 community and features here.
