There is a guard at the gate all the time and he comes out to escort me in if it’s late at night. CCTV is all around the apartment block and you even get an intercom facility so you can know who is there at the door.

Ajmera Aeon is perfect for parents with kids who have jobs. I’m a single dad living alone with my daughter and it’s just such a help to have a pre-school on the grounds. The neighbors are so nice too, a mom next door brings my daughter back from preschool and takes care of her until I’m back from work. 10/10 community and features here.

I absolutely love the features you get with this development. It has everything from 24-hour water to power backup and even a medical facility on the grounds for emergencies. Luxurious place with over-the-top amenities, and the location is right beside Eastern Freeway.
