I booked the property in ELV high garden and gave full payment before year 2020. I have been waiting for the launch and this has been delayed by 3 years already. My whole money is pending with them. We are total around 40 people, we have filed a court case and already our RERA court case is ongoing with them for ELV Highgarden and few people are from ELV Kingsland. The ELV builder Bhaskar, his friend Chaitanya only gave false commitments every time. Very undisciplined, unprofessional behaviour. I advise everyone to not book here in any case. I am under huge financial loss.
