It's an excellent location if you consider how the metro line will come up here. The Highway access is there, major roads, hospitals, schools, shopping centres, and even offices. Everything you want is not very far and also project layout is very spacious. So I will definitely recommend.
Found Vision One Mall and D Mart not very far from project. Infosys and Wipro office people will find it convenient also. PMC is also widening road here to make traffic flow better. So investment-wise I found it good enough.
Good location in Pune. I can go easily to Kalewadi Main Road and Highway from here. Metro line 3 expansion may also be good for the area in future. For now, travelling will be easy once project completes. Lots of malls and all also nearby.
Developer team was cordial. Sales process was smooth and I hope it starts fast. Lotus Business School, Podar school and other institution are nearby. Good family-friendly area so I think worth an investment.
