However I have a little problem with the location. I can get to work easily but allthe shopping malls are far away so keep that in mind. You will probably needto travel for a while through the Paud Road to get to a shopping mall.

I will try not to repeat what you will hear on the tour. Instead I will tell you thatthe neighborhood is very peaceful and the other residents are very quiet.They treat me very well, so I don’t have to live in a hostile environment.

The design is spacious and will be absolutely perfect once I buy some lampsto light up the place during the evening. Given the cheap price of theapartments I did not expect to have power backup for electricity cuts and the24 hour running water. Both amenities are very appreciated.

The best part is that it is Bavdhan which is in Pune West so it is very close towhere I work. I have a 3 BHK apartment which is decently furnished. There areno gaudy ornaments but the furniture matches the colors of the rooms well.
