Sozhanganallur is a rapidly developing suburban area along the important East Coast Road (ECR). This is steadily emerging as a hotspot for the hospitality industry in Chennai. This has definitely boosted the demand for property in Sozhanganallur.Capital values are steadily rising in the suburb while the Government is taking the initiative to widen the 33 kilometer stretch by spending INR 272 crore. This initiative is being taken since the entire ECR zone is perceived to be accident prone. Property prices have gone up by approximately 2.92% in the area as per Q3 2015 and higher appreciation is expected in the near future. Prices range between INR 3, 610-9, 693 per sq. ft. for the same period which offers a wealth of housing options to buyers.
