The locality has all near amenities like a hospital, hotel, school, Bus stand, and showroom.There are many cinema theatres and shopping malls around this locality. Many schools, shops, temples and peaceful places etc. Bus stops and railway station very near to this location and we can get them easily anywhere around to go in Chennai. Cabs, autos and bikes are also available easily and travel anywhere. Just 5 to 10 minutes to reach the railway station or bus stop. Marina beach is very near to this location. We can spend lot of time and travel around this location at any time easily.The area have traffic jam at every time. In the peak hours the traffic is more at that time high air pollution may couse. The area not have the metro station.Sometimes we are getting power outage and no proper number to call and complaint to Electricity board. Sometimes while in rain, we are unable to go out of home when the streets are in flood.
