Ideal Location for Doing Business as well suitable for Residential also.Royapettah is very quite locality and is very close to supermarkets, schools, hospital, malls etc.And also is well surrounded by commercial places, idle for back office, services and tution centres.Due to metro work there is frequent traffic jams and also at peak hour you have to face traffic issues. In my locality parks are not maintained and during mid summer you would face water shortage.Few streets would be deserted at night times.
