I find this area quite good due to its industrial development. I love to live in this apartment. I have shifted to this place for my new job. Although there are no nearby residential areas and this area is only renowned for its industrial and commercial properties, you can still access basic items, and services just outside your door. This place is conveniently located and well connected to public transport as it is a few meters away from bus stops, metro stations, markets, shops, and malls. This place is quite good and affordable. I find that it is worth investing money in this place due to its industrialization. Needless to say that business facilities are quite significant. But among such good qualities, I must point out one of its drawbacks is that there is no good engineering college near Hero Honda chowk.
