I live by myself so I do not need as much space as a couple or family. In that regard the cozy rooms here at Eleganza are perfect for me. I love their design as well since there are no sharp corners or unventilated corners. One problem that I have is that the kitchen feels cramped in my 479 sq. ft. 2BHk.

Service quality is the highlight here at Bhagwati Eleganza. I moved in two weeks ago and it's been one surprise after another. The management is very quick about helping the residents and the staff are all very polite. I like the rooms too but the sports facilities feel a little sparse here.

I am divided on how to rate Bhagwati Eleganza. It is definitely a nice development with good amenities and very nicely designed rooms. While I do enjoy living here (as it is both comfortable and close to my office), the apartments are a little pricey in my opinion.

I’ve been here at the Bhagwati Eleganza for almost a month now. Have come to know other people on my floor well and it’s a very friendly community. My 2BHK apartment is 377 sq. ft. and very elegantly designed. I really like the fact that there are terraces all around the apartment (though they are a little small).

Bhagwati Eleganza is a beautiful development and best of all it is still pretty new. If you are looking for a quiet peaceful place to settle down this deserves consideration. Amenities include power backup, treated water supply 24/7, and good security features. The lack of parking space is a small annoying factor to note.

As a resident, I can say that Ghansoli is a very nice locality with all kinds of facilities available. There are several options for public transport, and autos and cabs are very easily available. So far, I have not experienced major power cuts or issues with the water supply. The streets are well-lit and safe at night. A few years ago, I had to leave Ghansoli for work. However, my experience in that locality was very good. I had very good access to public transport and the roads were wide and very well-maintained. I never experienced traffic jams and commuting was easy. However, garbage was a major concern in the internal colonies of Ghansoli and there were parking issues as well. Ghansoli is a very convenient locality and it has very good connectivity to all the major points of the city. The local people have very good access to public transport and has very close proximity to Reliance Corporate IT park, and the Ghansoli Railway Station. The locality is safe but it has no metro connectivity, which is still a concern. However, my experience so far is good. Read More

It’s been a few months since I rented an apartment in Ghansoli, and so far, I have no complaints. There are many shopping centers in the locality such as Star Market, Reliance Fresh, DMart, Reliance Smart, and DMart Ready fulfilling the needs of the local people. The commercial hub of Reliance Group has raised the housing demands in Ghansoli over the last few years. The Divine Multispeciality Hospital is very close to our locality. Read More

I have been living in Ghansoli for many years now and overall, I am satisfied with the neighborhood. The locality has all the facilities to meet the demand of the residents. The locality has several reputed educational institutes, commercial hubs, hospitals, and shopping centers. My apartment is close to Chhatrapati Shivaji International Airport. It is a very good transportation hub as well and the Ghansoli Railway Station provides good connectivity. Read More
