Being an owner living in Uran for many years, I can say that I am satisfied. I believe the locality has everything to meet the demand of the residents. I have good access to hospitals, banks, civil courts, gardens, green parks, ATMs, banks, and so on. Being a tenant, I have realized that renting an apartment is quite cheap in Uran, Navi Mumbai and some apartments are even available for rent under 10K. However, I feel that transportation is one of the major issues in Uran and the lack of metro connectivity and app cabs make commuting difficult for the local people.
