I think the property of Sobha Royal Pavilion is the best since it is offering club house facilities. I think, however, the property could have arranged a section for senior citizens to hangout separately.

These flats that are associated with spacious and affordable facilities. I think the apartments could have offered an affordable range for middle-income families as well.
