As an owner at Palladio La Viento, I find great pleasure in the evening's sense of calm and refreshing wind. With their extensive Pune background and superior construction quality, the builder Vilas Javdekar exudes confidence. The premium three-tiered clubhouse, jogging track, and manicured courts are included in the project. Getting to IT parks or shopping malls is not difficult as the area is serene but quite near Baner and Balewadi. Though one may travel a little farther for quite sophisticated care, hospitals such as Jupiter and Lifepoint are rather close. More local supermarkets or daily needs stores right within Mahalunge would need some improvement. Additionally, water supply sometimes relies on tankers, so more dependable local pipes would make life less difficult.
Mahalunge is a developing area in Pune, and the project offers a lot of potential, considering that it is developed by a reputed builder. There are 2, 3, and 4 BHK apartments on offer with spacious layouts and decent sizes. The amenities promised by the developers are also pretty decent, including everything from a gymnasium to power backup, security, and more. The biggest USP of the project is the site location, which is just 500 metres away from the Mumbai-Pune Expressway. Also, the Hinjewadi Road can be accessed within about 15-20 minutes.
