Having lived in Taloja for many years, all I can say is the locality is very convenient and all the basic needs of the residents are fulfilled. The locality has proximity to markets, schools, shopping malls, and hospitals, and it is close to the airport as well. It has good proximity to hospitals, and schools and is around 40 Km away from Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport. It has never been a problem for me to provide good schooling to my children, who go to Elite Public Schools. It’s been a couple of years since I rented an apartment in Taloja, Navi Mumbai and it is one of the best localities I have ever lived in. It is a high-density area with affordable properties and Taloja is home to several industries.
