2 weeks ago New Pros: 1. Location-This is the first large gated society on this road, 1KM from Sarjapur road. 2. DSR delivered units before time under 3 years since launch as of April 2025. 3. Amazing spread of amenities with 3 clubhouses and a lot of open space. 4. Vaastu complaint units. Builder allowed multiple electrical modifications and also allows site visit unlike other builders. Bathroom sanitarywares were upgraded from Vitra to Toto brand by builder. 5. Reasonable pricing compared to other properties farther away from road.
