To be practical, clients will like the location in Wakad. It is very well connected to Hinjewadi and WTC along with EON IT Park. Many schools and malls in vicinity and Mumbai-Bangalore Highway is just off the site. Price point is attractive. Only thing is that airport is slightly far but that's doable.
