Wife took me along for site visit one day. she was already impressed in her mind. I asked all critical questions but developer team was able to answer. Vilas Javdekar is reputed name and location was not far from my workplace in EON IT Park. So happy to invest here. Visited Phoenix Mall of the Millennium from here. It's not too far also.

To be practical, clients will like the location in Wakad. It is very well connected to Hinjewadi and WTC along with EON IT Park. I live in Wakad myself and the next big upgrade was this once I compared multiple options. Developer is a very big one and connectivity-wise it is nice for me, since I work in Hinjewadi. So that's all I wanted. Also bonus that Phoenix and other malls are nearby.
