The project provides excellent amenities. But the possession schedule going up to December 2028 needs patience.

The design and construction quality impressed me. The absence of easy access to public transportation remains a worry.

The greens are peaceful. Accessibility to schools and hospitals is advantageous.

The large floor plans and facilities such as the clubhouse and jogging track are very good.

I like the small 100-unit plan for clients. There is added confidence from the reputation of the developer. But whether the location is too far from Bangalore city centre.
