The location of this project is very nice near to Mula River. It is well connected with the Mumbai Hwy and Hinjewadi - Wakad Road. Major shopping center such as DMart, Reliance Mart and Xion Mall is located in the vicinity. You can expect a good return bcs its situated in an IT hotspot.
