Positives Size of the 1 bhk flats is around 400sqft excluding balconies. If you include balconies it's around 440-460 sqft. A typical 3bhk would be 2 1bhk flats combined at 900 sqft including balconies. Huge open spaces largely used for parking & internal roads, 1 volley ball court.
Things to Consider Water is a major concern, we get only once to twice a day & have to store for usage across the day. Gym is a waste of space, it's more like a museum of non working instruments. Price factors the redevelopment in advance
