I stay near Pune railway station so this location is quite far from there. Airport is also not near. Metro line still clarity needed on how it will benefit residents. But I invested due to reasonable budget and good project plan and amenities. Am betting on some good growth in future here.
What I went for is the reputation of the developer Gera. These guys have done some good projects in the past. Also, the Hinjewadi Road, IT Park, and Xion Mall are nearby. Grand High Street is a short drive away. I think I will benefit from future investing here.
I will give a lot of marks for concept they have planned. It will bring more families. Also if you are working in Hinjewadi, it is the perfect property. Plenty of amenities for your child and also for family. The Mumbai-Bangalore Highway is not that far also.
Was looking for strategic area near Hinjewadi and that's where the project works well. Mumbai-Bangalore Highway is around 8-9 km while Hinjewadi Road is right beside. Hinjewadi IT Park and many offices are also in the area. So it suits me as a professional here.
I am planning to start family and have child in near future and it will be ready by then I hope. So, Gera is a reputed developer and the child centric concept they are giving is a big attraction for me at least. Hinjewadi Road is only 500 meters drive and will help with commuting.
The treetop play area makes my daughter smile every day. It's a secure, fun space for family living.
I think the maintenance is on the higher side due to huge kids' facilities.
I love having parties on the lawn and enjoy the serene morning jogs. But weekend traffic becomes dense.
The tree-house play area, themed pools, and children's library within the clubhouse are the best!
I would highly recommend this project to families with children. Tree-top play areas and an exclusive kids' water park set it apart.
