I did not think of investing at this moment at first. But parents prevailed on me saying that you should do it now before price goes up. You have to start family, etc. So, went for it and was hooked. Very good area with many families. My office in Baner is not far and many social amenities also. Happy with purchase.
Pune Ring Road and metro lines will ultimately improve connectivity in the surrounding area. It's not direct but still will have an impact. Also, the Hinjewadi Phase 1 is nearby along with Baner. For us as a family, it makes for a good investment, since it's fast-growing area.
Developer was very helpful and cooperative. Project site is big and lots of facilities here that my kids will ultimately enjoy once it is ready. Also I can say that my office in Hinjewadi is accessible from here. Kids school is also well-connected. So we are sorted as a family.
Yes, the Pune railway station and airport are quite far from this project. I knew that but we still invested since it is affordable and within our budget. Also, I am happy about the amenities and project plan. They are also located near Baner and Balewadi, which is one advantage.
Biggest draw for me was being part of a project in mega township High-Tech City and Codename Blue Waters. It will give access to lots of amenities. Infosys Circle is also a walk away, which is another benefit. I think it will serve me well in future.
Though the outside structure was promising, internal finishing work is slow in some areas.
Though close to IT hubs, traffic to Hinjawadi during peak hours can still be irritating.
