Impressed with the construction quality I have noticed here. Project is still in construction but looks great so far. Developers were happy to give me a tour of the place so the service is great. Also great benefit here is that apartments are cheaper than almost anywhere in Thane.

I try to be as nonbiased as possible in my reviews but I’ll admit this cute development won me over. My parents bought me a studio apartment at Hiranandani Estate Solitaire C to celebrate me getting a job and I love it! The apartment itself is great and the place even has a gym where I can workout in peace without getting harassed.

Studio apartments are falling out of fashion but if I’m being honest I didn’t hesitate much before I bought one here at Hiranandani Estate Solitaire C. The room is quite spacious for a single bachelor and my girlfriend seems to love the airy design of the place. The large swimming pool is a plus!

In my opinion Hiranandani Estate Solitaire C is a development aimed at young professionals looking for their first home or bachelor pad. The apartment I chose is a 283 square ft. studio so it is definitely not that big, but it makes up for that with an open design and good facilities like a badminton court, power backup, and 24-7 water supply.

I just bought an apartment at Hiranandani Estate Solitaire C after taking the tour today. Couple of good points and one bad. I have been a tenant of Ghodbunder Road for almost 5 years and am somewhere happy living here with my family. The availability of good schools is a bright side. The hospitals are near the area which makes it easier for my parents to visit there. But, there is a problem with the water supply.
