Impressed with the construction quality I have noticed here. Project is still in construction but looks great so far. Developers were happy to give me a tour of the place so the service is great. Also great benefit here is that apartments are cheaper than almost anywhere in Thane.

I try to be as nonbiased as possible in my reviews but I’ll admit this cute development won me over. My parents bought me a studio apartment at Hiranandani Estate Solitaire C to celebrate me getting a job and I love it! The apartment itself is great and the place even has a gym where I can workout in peace without getting harassed.

Studio apartments are falling out of fashion but if I’m being honest I didn’t hesitate much before I bought one here at Hiranandani Estate Solitaire C. The room is quite spacious for a single bachelor and my girlfriend seems to love the airy design of the place. The large swimming pool is a plus!

In my opinion Hiranandani Estate Solitaire C is a development aimed at young professionals looking for their first home or bachelor pad. The apartment I chose is a 283 square ft. studio so it is definitely not that big, but it makes up for that with an open design and good facilities like a badminton court, power backup, and 24-7 water supply.

I just bought an apartment at Hiranandani Estate Solitaire C after taking the tour today. Couple of good points and one bad. The apartments are designed great, with lots of sunlight, wide corridors, and amenities like power backup and 24x7 drinking water. I have been living here for 8 years as a tenant with my family. The local people are helpful and welcoming and for this reason, people from outside feel safe. The roads, parks, and playgrounds are well maintained by the authorities. This place is full of greenery and parks and grounds. This place has good public transport and there are no traffic jams. This place has good security, electricity supply, and water supply facility. This place has metro connectivity nearby and markets are within walkable distance. This residential area has poor police patrolling and the security is not tight enough.

This place is a nice locality with a prestigious complex with all the basic facilities. This place has lots of greenery and gardens and parks for children. This place is close to schools, shopping malls, banks, ATMs and hospitals are nearby the premises. This locality has a temple, clubhouse, swimming pools, and a kids' garden available in this place.
