Kolte Patil 24K Sereno is one of the biggest projects atpresent time in Pune. The developer is one of the renowneddevelopers in Pune. It is also connected to Pune Expressway,Banner Road. Hence, connectivity is not a big deal for mefrom the place.

Kolte Patil 24K Sereno is stretched over 8 acres of areas. Ihave booked a small apartment of nearing 700 sq ft. Thereare some medium sized apartments which is more than1100 sq ft. There are total 250 apartments.

The best part of Kolte Patil 24K Sereno is it provided merange of choices of sq ft and price range. The project statusis intermediate. I think of buying a 2 BHK here. I decided tobuy as it connects with Pune Expressway.

My office is near Banner Road. Hence, I desperately need anapartment in Kolte Patil 24K Sereno. This is an elegantproject and the whole layout is too attractive for anyone.The ventilation system is much better than some otherprojects in Pune.

Baner is a good locality. Located in the Western part of the city. It has good connectivity to school, college, hospital, bank and market.
