Having good transportation options and being close to the Hinjewadi employment zone are two of the main reasons influencing the region's real estate market. Sus is a newly developed neighborhood in northwest Pune that is next to the Mumbai Highway (NH- 48). It is properly planned and has all the services one could possibly need nearby. Sus is near other communities including Mahalunge, Baner, Pashan, and Balewadi.

Sus is a very respectable region. Pune is a contaminant-free area with easy access to the Mumbai–Bangalore Expressway. Significant streets and locations are intimately connected to Sus Street. Sus Street is partially crossed by the Katraj-Dehu Street bypass, allowing for easy access to Pimpri-Chinchwad and the Mumbai-Pune Interstate. For residents, it is unfavorable because it is still a little underdeveloped and far from Pune's city.

Rajiv Gandhi Infotech Park in Hinjewadi is geographically 12 km away from the area, and it will take 20–25 minutes to get there. This crucial work zone is made up of a few corporate towers and IT parks that are home to prestigious IT and BPO companies. In any event, the location is far from the city Centre and contains many of undeveloped properties scattered throughout the landscape. The Mumbai Highway links the area and promotes the accessibility of transportation.
