Other essentials also include a power backup and treated water supply. There are sportsfacilities inside the township like a tennis court, basketball court, and a jogging track. I love all the amenities and it's very entertaining for me.

The lawns are very well kept and the trees are also maintained to make sure there are no jungle-like areas. I wanted a project where I could spend the majority of my off time and Kolte Patil Life Republic is exactly that. It provides things like an attached market for daily shopping and groceries along with a gym, spa, and sauna for relaxation.

What really makes the Republic so good is that it is a township and not just a development.The amount of greenery and space available is stunning and I often take long walks on thegrounds. There is no fear of being disturbed as there is always a security guard at the gatealong with CCTV surveillance on the grounds and in the buildings.

The Hinjewadi Road is about 4.5km away from the development, maybe alittle less, so connectivity is not a problem here. There is also a metro station being builtnearby. I wanted to mention the efficient design style that has made it so nice for me. Therooms are designed to make the best use of the space available and the furniture helps withthat too.

Living in the Hinjewadi was very convenient if you work in the neighboring Industrial hub
of the city. The locality is very populated with traffic which is the only downside of
residing here. Other than that the availability of social infrastructures such as Medical
centers, banks, schools, and malls makes the area vibrant.
