See these guys are mostly reliable developers and I found the unit I wanted at a good price. Also, the area itself was a major attraction. There are many malls nearby and Kogilu Road is also right nearby. So, the big thing for me was the easy access to the airport. I fly often so it makes sense really. Oh and Manipal is also nearby
Developer is giving plenty of options for configuration and you don't have to spend more than you can. That was the good part for me. However, some traffic congestion I saw and it is still some time for metro station to develop. If connectivity is resolved, it will become great location in future.
Budget seemed fine considering what they are giving. It is a reliable developer since other people have bought from them quite smoothly. Now area-wise I am satisfied since I already live nearby on rent and know its future potential.
It's all about location. International Airport is very near to the project and so is the Phoenix Mall of Asia. Bhartiya Mall is also accessible and so is future metro station. So wanted something that would give good value down the line in case I wish to upgrade.
The developer is a well-known name and I am happy with the payment plan they are offering. Good part is that upcoming metro station is less than 10 minutes away from the project. So may be a good option for future connectivity.
