Developer was very cooperative especially for payment. Water body, all the amenities, water plaza, etc. are very attractive. Godrej I know will deliver and IT Park is also very near. Grand High Street is a good hangout and it was not very far as I found while driving from the site.

I am a newcomer in Pune and have set up a business in the Wakad area. While it is not at the doorstep, it is still very accessible from the project. Also, Godrej is a big developer and in my home city it has many projects also. Good choice I feel for my future in this city. I want to stay at least 15-20 years and hope project is delivered quickly.

Husband wanted somewhere near water body. He was very particular about this and greenery. The icing on the cake was that we were already staying in Hinjewadi since we both work in IT Park nearby. This project offers good location and we won't have to move much away from the earlier convenient area.
