Abundant open spaces and natural greenery is the major reasons for choosing thisproject. The environment is most important for today's lifestyle. We always avoidthe crowd of the city to relax our minds. Environment and design structure are veryimportant features in this project.

Indoor and outdoor design and decoration are very appreciable features in thiscomplex. I am very fascinated with the entire work. All the facilities and amenitiesare provides me with a royal lifestyle. Also, the safety systems are commendable. It'sa perfect dream home for me.

The only off thing about Wakad is its water issue. The locality has seen a water scarcity crisis many times in the past few years. Moreover, water logging problems during the peak rainy season create challenges in traffic bottlenecks.
