You may find it to be a slightly upcoming area, with amenities not very developed as of yet. But prospect is very good, if you consider location potential. STRR is not far and upcoming metro corridor will pass through also. Am betting on the project.
It is going to be a big project as I can see myself. Purple line extension of metro is going to give the area a massive boost. Then PRR project is also there. My Whitefield office is also not very far so that's one good thing.
Right near to DPS you will see it as you drive past. The STRR is slightly far away but still accessible. Also, one good thing is the area has lot of family-friendly society so that helps.
Project size is massive and already buildings are coming up fast. I can see the open space and the budget is okay at least with my situation. The clubhouse will be up to 28,000 sq. ft. with infinity pool that is attracting me. Location-wise, slightly far from metro, but will improve in future.
East Bangalore has always been a dark horse of property market. This one falls in Whitefield and was my chosen option after comparing many other new launches. Two main reasons- one is the potential of the location after PRR, STRR, Metro expansion, etc. Second is that project has started construction already and the quality they are giving is nice.
The project location and amenities suit me just right. But as a retiree, I was hoping for a quieter, more serene environment.
Locational advantages around IT corridors are just right for my family. Also the environment-friendly elements increases its attractiveness.

I recommend this project due to various reasons. The proximity of the project to major IT parks and highways makes it an attractive investment.
