He wasted my four hours time today. He quoted 80 lakh rupees over call and once I reached to location he quoted 1 crores rupees. I feel he is not interested to sell the property and only looking for that form filled by me to show his company like people are coming for his work

This idiot person has wasted my 4 hours time today. I have already informed before going to site visit my budget is 80 lac and he promised to provide me house in same range but once I visited he gave me 1 crores and he was more interested to get the filled form from my end so he can show that people are coming because of his reference which is bullshit.
I request you to don’t waste someone time like this and take necessary action against this person so going forward he can not waste someone time.
