The markets are 2 to 3 km away from the apartment where I lived and regular police patrolling in and around the neighborhood ensured safety and low crime rates. Being an owner, I can say that the locality has all the necessary things to fulfill the demand of the local people. I have never encountered issues such as power cuts, or shortages of water, and there is good availability of drinking water. The drainage system is well-maintained as well. I rented an apartment in Sector 137, Noida a few months ago and it is one of the best neighborhoods I have ever lived in. The only problems I have ever encountered include traffic congestion, pollution, and frequent parking issues. Otherwise, the place is good with markets, shopping malls, grocery stores, and educational institutes at walking distance.
