I have decided to buy an apartment in Akul Residency but all I am worried about is the awful traffic conditions in and around Bangalore. Even though the apartment has good connectivity to all the major points of the city, it is located in a congested area.

I like Akul Residency primarily because it has a 24hrs water supply, which was really an issue in my previous residence. Besides, the apartment is very spacious and apt for my family, and it has other great amenities as well.

Akul Residency was my first choice because not only is it a luxury building, but also it is vastu-compliant, and for a superstitious woman like me, there could not be a better choice. Furthermore, it has upgraded my lifestyle as well

I decided to buy a flat in Akul Residency because it is very strategically located. It has great connectivity to all the major points in and around Bangalore, and I have access to hospitals, shopping malls, public gardens and recreational areas.

I was looking for a luxury building in Gunjur, Bangalore, and then I came to know about Akul Residency. The building offers a lavish and comfortable lifestyle, with healthy surroundings and interesting amenities. I expect high returns from this building.
